Manage eMarket software for all University departments and Clubs including the set-up of, reporting of, user access to, and implementation of integration with third party platforms. Manage cashiering function on campus including maintaining user batches, auditing petty cash, and set up of new cashier stations. Maintain Controller’s Office website and back up Travel & Expense Office including P-Card system.

Support the Director of Communications and a department of 65 staff. Review and triage all correspondence, written, oral, and electronic to determine actions required and delegate to appropriate persons. Monitor $5m annual budget and make purchasing decisions. Maintain staff database including capabilities and salary actions. Coordinate staff moves and facility modifications across multiple departments.
August 2007 - September 2009
Merchandise high-volume retailer and maintain cooperate standards. Coordinate sale promotion across regional stores. Interview and hire front-end employees and cross train pharmacy technicians.
